Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (e.g., by email).
The following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 45 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
- 44 to 33 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
- 32 to 22 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
- 21 to 12 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
- From 11 days before arrival, as well as in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price
Should arrival not be possible due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances, and we have to cancel the booking, any payments already made will of course be refunded in full. Further claims for damages are excluded.
We recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance.
